Alicia Bernbaum

Kelly Watkins
is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT, BABCP accredited) and a HCPC registered Forensic Psychologist from the United Kingdom. She has completed a BSc Hons in Psychology and Criminology, MSc in Forensic Psychology, PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and a PgD Practitioner Programme in Forensic Psychology.
She has over 13 years’ experience in the mental health field. Work through any self-worth or confidence issues that hold you back like the fear of rejection or not being good enough, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques, a scientifically-proven method to change your mindset.

Yes, it will. You can use the skills learned in this workshop for sales emails, calls or video chats. You’ll get a script to use that you can modify and apply. The workshop does focus on email or Instant messaging communications.

This workshop is not about closing clients, specifically. However, this workshop will help you transform any negative thoughts or beliefs around not being good enough or a fear of rejection which can affect your confidence in closing a client on a sales call. You will also have a strong way to present yourself, which could increase the likelihood of a client saying “Yes, let’s work together”.
